NEW EP SOUNDS OF THE KING
EP • 2026
A collection of songs born from worship, hope, and honest conversations with God.
Sounds of the King is a collection of songs received during a season of deep communion with the Holy Spirit in 2022. Blending Afro-folk and Contemporary Christian music with honest storytelling, the EP unfolds as a series of prayers, declarations, and moments of worship—inviting listeners to encounter God's love, faithfulness, and presence in both life's quiet moments and greatest challenges.

STORY BEHIND THE EPSome songs are written. Others are received.Sounds of the King was received during a season of deep communion with the Holy Spirit in 2022. More than a collection of songs, it is a journey through prayer, worship, and quiet conversations with God, each one revealing a different aspect of His heart. The journey begins with Teach Me, a prayer asking the Holy Spirit to shape my heart to love as Christ loves. It moves into the steadfast faith of Prayer, holding fast to God's promises through life's trials, before lifting our eyes to the greatness of the God who reigns over all creation yet cares deeply for each of us in God Of....That wonder naturally overflows into Holy Drill, a quiet but powerful expression of worship that reflects on God's faithfulness, mercy, grace, and goodness before simply declaring, "You are worthy." The journey then expands in Prayer (Live), where a personal prayer becomes the joyful sound of corporate worship, inviting many voices to declare God's faithfulness together. Finally, Ndunandu celebrates the power of naming, speaking identity, purpose, and hope over the next generation. Together, these songs invite listeners into a journey of surrender, faith, worship, and blessing, pointing always to the heart of the King.My prayer is that these songs become more than something you listen to but that they become companions in your own journey of faith, reminding you that the King who reigns over all creation also walks closely with you.
